In Northwest Arizona, as you make your way along the Historic Route 66, toward Flagstaff, AZ, there is a manmade tunnel/ravine/wash to divert water from massive snow melts in the spring, this construction is large enough for very large trees to wash through with little to no issues. Obviously in the summer, we don't have as much water, that is when this tunnel becomes a very cool location to play with long exposure photography.
This is a creative series, experimenting in light-painting, light writing, using various light sources. Our favorite was the spark-throwing steel wool. Enjoy!
